it is way, way too early.
went to see the nin/ja tour last night in denver, which was fantastic. the opening band was "street sweeper social club" which was ok, some rock/rap group that got all preachy about saving the homeless and asked everyone in the audience to "text street to blah-blah number" so we could all help the homeless. that pissed me off a little bit, but whatever they were only on stage for like 25 minutes. oh, tom morello was the guitarist for them which was pretty much amazing, though, so that helped.
nine inch nails was friggin' amazing, as expected. their set consisted of a lot of stuff from their last couple albums, which I haven't listened to a whole lot yet so I'm lame. still mindblowing, and they played a lot of old stuff too. apparently this is their last tour, trent reznor is retiring (I don't know if I believe it or not).
janes addiction was crazy unbelievable, I forgot how much I love their music. they sound exactly like they sounded the last time I saw them, which was lollapalooza like 7 or 8 years ago maybe? inspiring, and totally unchanged, except they all look a little older and perry farrell was drrrrrrunk on stage. didn't seem to affect his performance a whole lot, but the lyrics are pretty much subjective hahah.
in other news, there is very little other news to report. our landlords are coming to see the house sometime next week, which is a really bad idea considering the state of things... =D the weather is still cold and shitty and rainy and horrible, which is awesome and makes me want to just drop all my shit off at goodwill and leave. the bank is ok, I'm done with early hours and 10-hour days though, definitely done.
