Wow, very insightful post. Wish I had the attention span to read it, but right now I am too excited. Lauren, I was wondering if you plan to attend the SFTrilogy thing on Aug. 18th... I want to go and sit with people I know! If you are going, or know anyone else who is, can you please tell me whether they are getting VIP or regular tix? I can't wait to dress up and stand in a huge line with a bunch of people as crazy as myself...and do you know where I could get a good Legolas costume? My boyfriend is coming but he doesn't have time to make a costume.. but he's got long blonde hair, so thats done. Anyway, you can post a reply or call me, my cell # is 218-8204. Thanks, babe.

Well, obviously taylor and ivy are going, and Genevieve rozhon and I plan on going (I, um, haven't bought my ticket yet....ops *blush* ;), and I'm pretty sure a couple of the crazy Juniors from the ELF club are going...I think I'm going to get a regular ticket just because I don't have $100 dollars to spend. Legolas costumes! I would try tolkientown.com if you want to order one, although I'm not sure if it would come on time and I don't know if they have a full costume or just pieces. A FANTASTIC website on making your own costumes is http://www.alleycatscratch.com/lotr/ and they have the best tips, patterns, and instructions on making any costume for virtually any character (I used them when I ( ... )

Thanks for being very helpful. I too will get regular tickets and maybe the whole group of us can carpool up to SF and wait in line together, except Tays of course who will probably be much too busy. Also, Andrew has decided to go as a hobbit because he feels his nature is much more of the hobbit persuasion (he likes to eat believes excess work is only done by the insane), but I am sure the sites you have mentioned will help there as well. Thanks.
