Jake, events with the O'Donnell
So, the kit show wasn't too impressive and didn't have any sci-fi stuff, but I did get Marku two bottles of Mead, and myself a hat and waistcoat. Hanging out with Jess was the highlight of the trip I have to say, and convincing her to go to Maelstrom, that was good. Altough I'm not sure if hanging out with The good Captain is going to be healthy for her. I just have to think of a reason for our characters to be linked somehow, I don't know why but her being Giacamo's daughter keeps coming up. I supose Giacamo being her Godfather might work. XD If you haven't already guessed this means I will be attending this April's Maelstrom, wether or not I declare war on another colony, well we will all have to wait and see. Oh by the way Jess, you have to send me the military uniform pic as I forgot to get you to show it to me while I was in your base, reading your manga. I want to point out that Jess rocks out loud, superiorly! And I am her fan-boy
In other news, I have decided to try my hand at GM'ing. Ash & Carrie have very kindly allowed me to use their living room for this next Tuesday. The game is one I am currently fashioning together, it is called K.E.N.T. The Key Enviromental Non-judgemental Taskforce, those of you who recognise this, thats because it's from Nebulous, a fantastic Radio 4 comedy. KENT is going to be about the newest recruits to KENT and them dealing with international crisis on a regular basis, and of course reloading the Zanusi dryers. Regulars from Nebulous will appear including, Professor Nebulous, Rory, Paula, Harry, Gemini and even Doctor Clench. Wether or not I can run a game, let along a customised game well, we'll have to wait and see.
I must phone Emily Brown at some point this week, I keep forgetting to find out when she can film with us, so that we can get Doctor Who completed and move onto the next one. I showed Bunny, Pink and Carrie Jedied last night, they all enjoyed it and laughed at the right bits, mostly. I also showed everyone, "Everydays" a soap opera I made at college, infamous for the amount of cameo apearances I have in it, and how bad the acting talent was. They also saw the early CrimeWolf, which is going to be refashioned and done properly at some point, but I'm happy that it got a decent amount of laughs
