I can't read the Kanji... It reads in japanese as
(kanji)tan
tan(kanji)...

I haven't a clue what it means. Im going to look up the kanji now.

So far, all I've got is:
uma (the 7th sign of the Chinese zodiac) tan
tan(kanji)

I can't fucking find that last one. If I knew the stroke order, I could simply write it and look it up electronically, but I don't.

Ok, I found the last one. It reads:

umatan
tanbou

What does that mean? I don't have a clue. Bou apparently means "Boy" or "Priest" and Uma apparently means "Horse" (Chinese Zodiac). I'll look into it. There are a whooooole lot of kanji.
