There are some CDs I would take, if I had the money to spend!

Just tell me which you want and I'll hold them out for you.

(Hint: I was going to offer them for free, but I was afraid that I'd get mobbed and be stuck spending a bunch of money on shipping, thus the "make me an offer" line.)

Hmm, well, I'll have to look at the picture again, but off the top of my head, I can say the Rush (I'm sure I have Fly By Night on tape, but I'm not sure where, and I don't think I have Grace at all), Bob Mould, Sugar, Talk Talk (I have an empty tape case for the best of album, no tape, it makes me very sad), Arkansas Traveler (which I do have on tape, and could probably put my fingers on it in about two minutes, but the tape's going to wear out one of these days), ummmm, there were some things that sounded really interesting that I'd never heard of before. I'll go look at the picture.

Oooh! Ooooh! I forgot about the Ry Cooder! Irish Pipe and Tin Whistle Songs! Oooh! Taxi!

And I collect Christmas music. It's kind of scary, really. I don't really do it on purpose, but I can't seem to help myself. But I'd be happy to take the Mannheim Steamroller Christmas album off your hands, too.

Did I mention I kind of like music?

Oh, and I have Fly By Night on CD already. I don't have Signals, though.

Strauss waltzes are why I want to learn how to waltz. the_original1 isn't at all interested in dancing.

And the Baluchi Ensemble of Karachi sounds . . . interesting.:-)

But put me at the bottom of your list, and if there's anything I'm interested in left after you're all done, I'll be happy to lighten your load.:-)

Say ... I thought you were an atheist or something. What's with the spiritual books?

I am kinda interested in The Baluchi Ensemble of Karachi : Love Songs & Trance Hymns. I don't know what I can offer in return. Any suggestions?

No worries. It's yours.

These are all from Joe's brother's stuff that he left here after he moved out. There were a LOT more books and still may be more around here. I'll have to check.

Wow. Warning: you just made an irresistible offer and a music geek/whore saw it.

A lot of this is top-shelf. Sure you wanna sell it?

If so... dibs on the Guided By Voices box set, My Bloody Valentine, Pulp, Prefab Sprout, Buena Vista Social Club, the Spacehog album that ISN'T Resident Alien (sorry, I can't read the spine).

I'll take any Rush album that no one else comments on. Also whatever jazz is left that no one else comments on.

I offer up to half of whatever you paid for the GBV box set unless you feel it's worth more. Everything else, give me an idea of what you want to sell it for; at the very least I'll cover your shipping.

Also to balance the music karma I'll send you a couple of mixes and I suppose I'll drag out the cameraphone and take a picture of myself smiling.

Deal? You can email me privately at pianoblack@gmail.com
