What I gained from working with Peninsula Community Theatre...
1. The opportunity to work with really fun people.
2. New friends.
3. Tolerance for different learning styles.
4. Reminder of when I first started doing theatre and just wanted the chance to have fun and learn something new in my spare time.
5. Appreciation for how important theatre is in the life of lots of people, especially those who do not elect to make a career of performing.
6. A job.
Yay! One of my fellow actors in the production happens to do dinner theater in Williamsburg and asked me to come out and audition for him and has decided to use me. So clearly good things can come out of community theatre productions! woot.
