I thought this would be a fun little thing to have. The Switch fandom is small as of now, and it's hard to find people who are into it.
Please be nice to others and don't start any character/pairing wars. And if you want to friend someone, please ask first. :)

Your favorite scene in the manga: I'm not finished with the manga, reading it as it comes out in English, but I might definitely have to say Hal's indecision about whether to put all of his energy toward his original goal, or if his friendship with Kai was too important.
How did you find out about Switch?: Honestly? The first volume had gorgeous cover art and pulled my attention.
Least favorite character: None of them? They're all pretty fascinating.

I'm really new to Switch but I'm devouring it like crazy, and I'd really like a friend in the fandom ^_^ I'm just up to ch. 7 (I know some people don't like to friend people that arne't up to the same level as them, which is also cool). I'm also a crazy!mad SPN fangirl (my ex-main fandom - Bleach has taken over just atm) and I <3 Merlin (going to a con in a coupla weeks where some of the guys will be talking...!) and probably the other main anime/manga I'm into is Vampire Knight.

Also, I have cookies. Big ones. With chocolate and sprinkles... ^_^

Haha, hi! I don't mind friending people who aren't to the same point that I am? I usually put up spoiler warnings when I might spoil things. And I like Supernatural! I don't ship anything in it, but rather sort of just like it for its content. ^_^ Merlin is fabulous, and my current actually-involved-in fandom, alongside FMA. Those are the two big ones. I know some friends who are really into Vampire Knight. I'm reading it, but it's not necessarily my cup of tea? Ah, well. ♥ Feel free to friend me.

I'm always up for recs fo new stuff too, so feel free to push some my way! I know exactly when you mean about being into a show for the content, that's what I'm like with a lot of the other shows I watch (like NCIS and Bones and stuff). I love reading VK but again, don't write in it or anything, I just the like the pretty vampires *is shallow* XD

8D Very nice~ I've never been a big vampire fan. I can read it, and sometimes it's done well, but a lot of the time, it's just done within the cliche. It's part of why I read VK -- it's not completely the cliche and I like Zero, haha. The rest of the characters can bugger off, but he's pretty fabulous. And, uh, if you haven't seen Merlin, you should do that. ♥ It is brilliant.

*nods* I know what you mean, sometimes it can be rather OTT but I like it when it's done well (I like True Blood as well, but I'm not into the "fandom" side of it!)

I love Merlin though, again, never really got into the fandom side of it, though a LOT of my LJ-friends are! I go to the London Expo every time and they usually have a Merlin panel (they have one for the next event ina couple of weeks, but Bradley and Colin won't be there this time (they must have other things on) but Katie and Angel will be there with the director and other people. The last one was really fun ^_^

That does sound excellent! Anyway, the fandom is pretty fabulous, if you like slash, haha. I suppose I haven't moved toward the non-slash side of it, so I couldn't tell you about that, but as a whole, the fandom rocks. ♥

There's a non-slash side of fandom? *looks shocked* ;-) Actually, I write a lot of gen fic (mostly in Supernatural) but yeah, I have met some awesome people through Merlin fan meets and at events and stuff (actually, I've met a lot of cool people in all fandoms really).

ACTUALLY, I don't think I've really met anyone through Merlin. THIS SEEMS ODD TO ME, since it has eaten my life. o_o I've met a lot of people through Gundam 00 and Harry Potter, and the some miscellaneous people who've stuck with my crazy over the years from various old fandoms (Fullmetal Alchemist, GW, Fushigi Yuugi, X/Tokyo Babylon, Yami no Matsuei, Megami Kouhosei, G Gundam, more than I can think of; what has my life been 8D). This is strange and not symmetrical to my involvement, BUT OH WELL?

I've found that I knew a lot of people in fandoms I didn't write in and not many in the ones I did, so I started arranging UK Supernatural meetups a few months ago to make up for it. I used to write a lot in Torchwood (my first fandom - I was a late starter!) but a lot of my friends from there also got won over by SPN so they've stuck with me through that!

Hahaha, nice! A lot of my friends have gone through the same fandoms as I have, but I've also had a lot of them do completely different things and we've remained good friends. ♥
