I lied.
So I coughed through most of the night, but I was ok with it. Around 10 I woke up and coughed really hard and it hurt to breath. That sucked, majorly. When I actually got up at 11 I couldn't talk. Couldn't... talk... That's bad. Really bad.
See, we have a performance of A Meeting In Kansas tonight... If you've seen it, you know that I have a relativley large role and I yell a lot. That's hard to do when I can squeak out a whisper, sometimes.
I freaked out. Tara took me to the bus station so I know where to pick ChrisK up from. We stopped at subway on the way back but the lady couldn't hear my order. >.<
When we got back to the school I still couldn't talk. Erin told me I was swollen, but not my glands, I didn't know what that was supposed to mean... I went and tried to find Patton but he wasn't in his office when she said he'd be. I did see Dori though and she told me to go get a tea bad and hot pot from her office, she is so sweet. Later she told me that I could come and go in there as I pleased to get tea and such. I love her. So I made tea, as it is good for the throat. I didn't have anywhere to plug in the hot pot, so Rhonda let me use her office. She laughed at my situation, I would too.
We to the DC to find Patton but he wasn't there so I sat with Ronny, Justin, Brian, Amy, and a Crusader reporter. It was hilarious. ^_^
Then I went to see the nurse... I figured she might fix my voice. It kinda worked. They told me I had this viral thing and that I had a "low grade fever" (My usual body temp is 96.8 *yea dislexia* and I had a 101.somthin. If the voice and ear were worse tomarrow, I have to come back. So I am whispering everything...
My mom called and I whispered at her the whole time. She laughed at me. I would too. ^_^ So I am whispering and drinking tea and eating cough drops, yay for me!
Oh! Dave prayed over me and I think it helped a bit. Right after, I talked talked to him for a couple lines then decided not to push it. haha
