I know it's true. There is so much more, but honestly-
Romance/love/beauty...

that's my bread and butter.
It just don't taste like it used to.

Everyone is casual and uses the word sentimental like it's a dirty thing.
Rational and Jaded seems to be what I have to be to assimilate.

all 'honest' beings must face a similar conflict. it would be better to not think of what is so admirable to you in absolutes. think like a sophist. make your own meaning, dear. forgive the first comment but i never back down from an opportunity to tell someone of flaws in absolutes and placing meaning in something outside his or her own creation.

you know, amanda actually hangs out in New york with my friend Natti on a regular. I've met her a few times.

And you're right about absolutes.
It's just difficult, that's all. Coming to terms with reality and whatnot.

i must say i'm a little jealous of you actually meeting amanda palmer but i am a little disappointed that she would spend such a great amount of time in new york while not recording. work on the RECORD!!! or get back to boston and return to your original job as a living statue.

but mostly i'm just jealous.
i know no one famous.
and i lead a boring life.
