I suprised Spensaur with a candlelit dinner, that dinner being nam tok and sticky rice (delish Thai food). If anyone would like to make the nak tok, it's really easy. The recipe is on www.importfoods.com, I think in English it says "waterfall beef" if you want to make it. I don't burn rice for the recipe and it tastes glorious without it.
I need to talk to my friends back in NVA/DC/MD more often I've decided. Upon getting a cell phone, I've already talked to Joce and Clairebear more than I've done in years. I salute the east coast, as it has given me mighty friends. I realized after I hung up with Joce today that we've been homeskillets for 10 years. Claire follows up at 8 years. I need to talk to them more. Except not while grocery shopping or obsessing over my wedding dress, b/c when I'm doing those things my brain gets spacey. Don't do drugs kids, it'll come back and bite you on the A years later.
