So, I've been watching Eva on Adult Swim lately, and I have to say, the dub really hasn't aged well. I mean, sure, by the later episodes it had smoothed out quite a bit, but even there, you can tell how miscast it was, especially in the extras department. Yeah, what can I say, I was feeling nostalgic. That, and I was listening to my old EVER ANIME Gundam Wing CD. Man, that show had some pretty kickass background music. I love TWO-MIX, for what it's worth-- I think they were the reason I took japanese for a semester. Fanboys made me stop. ;-;

OMG!1! QUATER IS GAY END ARIB@! NOT GUD FOR THE CHILDRREN OLOL! Or something along those lines, but in executive at Cartoon Network-speak ;)

And Fanboys make EVERYTHING stop. Heh.

Two-Mix was quite awesome. I love that one of the singers from it was also Dilandau from Escaflowne. Minami Takayama, or something along those lines. Maybe I'll look it up in a bit on Hitoshi Doi's site to make sure. And that's *another* thing that takes me back to the late nineties. So many memories. My halcyon youth, withering before ;.; Oh wells. Later!
