(no subject)
the holida party at work yesterday was so fun. i got my manager rockem sockem robots. it was so awesome. my secret santa got me apples to apples which is the BEST GAME EVER. i love it so much. i'm so happy. after i unwrapped it, we all sat in the middle of the lobby playing the game while people kept walking around, thinking they're so cool because they're watching a movie. WHATEVER. we're so cool because we're playing apples to apples, yo.
anyways, then we watched night at the museum, which was AWWWWWESOME. i loved it. so funny.
i got carrie a stocking, because i couldn't afford a truly wonderful real gift, but she loved the stocking just the same, because of the obi-wan lightsaber she scored out of it, and the box of oatmeal cream pies. and she got me harvest moon: magical melodies. HOTFIRE. i was playing it last night, and it's awesome.
chris gave me an early christmas present, and i already know what another one is. he gave me incubus's light grenades which is FABULOUS, and i'm so happy. and i know he's gonna give me just friends, which is awesome because that movie's SO FUNNY. and i would totally say what i got him, but sometimes he reads this journal, so... not gonna happen.
i had christmas with my family last thursday. i got a sweet dancing singing penguin. and a chocolate fondue pot. and penguin pjs. and rad stockings. and in one of my stockings i got a ball in a cup! BALL IN A CUP! how AWESOME is that!?
today i'm going to finish shopping, start wrapping, run errands, blahblah. i work at 6, so i got to get on this. i's be going faster if my mom's boyfriend would LEAVE. he's practically living here and they're known each other for a MONTH. lamesauce.
tomorrow i'll get done whatever i didn't get done today. sunday is christmas eve, and i'm working 11-8, and then chris and i are having our christmas. monday morning i'm going over to jessica's for breakfast, because her mom misses having everyone around her house, since they moved 20 minutes away. then i'm going to my aunt's house and eating turkey and watching football and stuff. and mom an di are having christmas somewhere in there.
the new news anchor on news channel 8 pisses me off. that crazy girl with the crackhead eyes? ewwww.
i sent out my holiday cards. i forgot to send one to my dad, so i'll probably do that today. get a gift certificate or something. to the MOVIES. yes. he loves movies. rad.
