Title: Dirty napkin anyone?
I was watching the evening news tonight and they had a story on about people who are in debt. They focused on this one woman who at 27 is in serious debt but keeps spending money daily despite the financial crisis shes in. The news reporter then said in a very serious tone "...unlike her grandmother who pinches pennies by re-using paper napkins."! As soon as she said that everyone in my house stopped what they were doing and we all looked at each other with wtf? looks on our faces lol. We all then tried to figure out how you would re-use a paper napkin... If anyone knows how please enlighten me as we all would really like to know!
I would hate to go to her house for lunch! GROSS!!!! Like my dad said, why doesnt she buy cloth napkins so she doesnt have to spend money buying paper ones (when she does buy new ones) plus she can wash them!
I would never tell anyone that my grandmother (btw i dont have a grandmother) or any relative of mine for that matter re-uses paper napkins! Thats so embarrassing! And on television??? Man...
