Fuck, man. Just when I thought I could get out of the DSM game, I find these monster turbos for sale for hilariously cheap prices.
I know if I get the car running and then finally sell it, I'll be sad. I've had that car longer than I've had pretty much anything else in my life, and I've put countless (thousands) of hours into it. Whether it was rebuilding an engine in the garage, or towing the fucker home, or changing a head on the side of a freeway, or blasting through the sand dunes while racing ATVs... that car would be a lot to get rid of.
Especially if I could ramp it up from a 500rwhp beast to a 700+hp monster, with one of those GT42Rs...
See, this is the problem. I start looking at sites so I can get a new clutch disc & plate to replace the busted ones so I can get the car running & sell it, and then I start getting sucked into the "holy shit that's CHEAP and my car would be SO FAST with it" game. It doesn't help that since I left the DSM game, the economy hit the market and all the goody prices are now 20-50% of what they were when I left.
