ok ok its been awhile but what're you going to do?? hmm? me thinks nothing ya thats right
So my weekend was great, after a horrible week it was much needed. The only down side is i think im getting sick. I think the fire drill we had last night got me sick because i didn't have time to grab any shoes or a blanket so i was outside freezing barefoot for a long time..it sucked. Anyway I went home for the weekend and boy am i glad i did. Friday i was in the car most of the day and Katie finally let me drive...i was happy, happy enuf to take mountain curves at 75 mph..but shhhh no one knows...
then saturday was the best day i've had in a long long time..i woke up at 7 in the morning bc i was told to..my brother took me out to the drive way(my eyes were covered) and he asked me a series of questions such as "at the mustang show what was your favorite mustang?" so after the question and answer as best you can session he had me open my eyes...i was very confused because my 72 nova was right to the left of me...and thats supposed to be my car...well i look down and theres a box on the ground infront of me and it had a purple mustang on it...well this really confused me. He then had me open the box and in the box was a ready to build mustang model with a card and a sunglasses case. So i opened the card and read it aloud and then i opened the glasses case...inside was a set of keys on a mustang key chain...of being me i still was so confused i was frustrated. Along with the keys was the registration and insurance of something. Well before then i didn't know how to read registrations so all i could tell that this whatever it was was under my name. So then my brother proceeds to get on his cell phone and in my head i was going.....DUDE YOU CAN'T BE ON YOUR CELL PHONE IM GOING NUTS HERE WHAT ARE YOU DOING? but i didn't say anything and then all of the sudden this 69 purple mustang pulls around the corner, with my brothers gf driving. Ok so i thought...maybe she brought her car here from Kansas to show it to me bc i knew she had the same car....then she gets out and asked me "are you going to take it to school" and i just looked at her and it finally dawned on me that this was my new car...i was still in shock so i got in and i took it for a spin with my brother. So it took me pretty much like 6 hours for it to actually dawn on me that i have a new car...its so nice and im in love! i haven't named her yet but don't worry when i do i'll let ya'll know. After that i drove Myself, Dustin, and Joni(dustins gf) to the swap meet up and bandimere...let me tell you how fun that was. I was there from about 8 am to about....2 pm..i got so burned and now man i am paying for it..it hurts badly i look like a freakin tomato. that night we had a family reunion to which i drove in my baby! we also introduced Joni to the family, they all loved her! Then i came home and i was so tired i was in bed by 10...i slept with the keys on my night stand just so if i woke up thinking it was a dream id know it wasn't...and by the way..i did...and at one point i woke up with the keys in my hand...
Sunday i took my mom to Kmart in my car and she bought me some winter clothes..its starting to get kind of cold in alamosa and its time for a winter coat...so when i go home again this weekend i'll get me one of those! then at 3:45 it was sadly time to go back to school. So i had to leave my mommy and daddy and my brother and my puppies and MY CAR :( but you know it'll be there when i get back. I didn't want to bring it down here bc i like my car with all of its parts..it works better that way. So ya thats about it that was my weekend. Now my goal is to get Nicole to come home over Thanksgiving....i ever bribed her that i'd pick her up at the airport in my car..and she's still not sold..WHATS A GIRL GOT TO DO?????? ok yup thats it!
