Good Mondays exist?
It was a fairly decent Monday! My crazy third was fairly tame...changing seats, calling parents and threatening referrals works!
I've decided to just tackle this whole proving myself thing with my department chair by just doing the best I can. Today, Hannah (another newbie) and I planned lessons for the rest of this week and half of next. We wrapped it all up in a power point and sent it out to the department. My department chair replied back that she loved it. Whew! I think as long as we continue doing what we did today, everything should go easily.
