SO I SAID I'D POST AN ICON DUMP SOON AFTER MY LAST POST but obviously I lied, uh. My most recent multifandom icons are in this post (because there are less), and the older ones (made between my last two posts) will be posted in a week or so?

ANYHOW, Luther (BBC) for 20inspirations - the text round! This was really challenging, but I had lots of fun making them

Okay so cool story: 111 exists and everything, and after I saw the entry (since I didn't have time to comment right away), I was just casually thinking about it (as one does, don't give me that look), and it just SUDDENLY hit me like a fuckton of trucks why it was funny. Like...I just had this massive revelation where I was sitting there going 'OH MY GOD, I TOTALLY GET IT NOW THAT'S HILARIOUS'. So that's a thing that happened in my life today.

In other news, what a freaking gorgeous post this is! Just a quick note about 71 being the most flaw free thing to ever exist in the universe! What a moody blend you've created there. I have no idea what's going on, but I don't really need to because I sort of...feel it, assuming that's not weird or anything. And the colors are just insane. I adore it! And also 79, 99, 100, and 101-2 are all just stunning.

But let's talk Luther, shall we? I had totally forgotten about seeing some of these at a-i, but once you posted, I remembered being really excited to see the full batch because the sneak preview we got was so creative and wonderful. I am definitely not disappointed. Seriously, your set is positively radiant. And sort of...seriously whimsical. That should be a thing. I had a lot of trouble voting for my top three in your set because there are so many gems. I mean...the whole set is a gem. What even. My FAVORITES though are:

01 (perfect coloring, like cotton candy! and also amazing text use and cropping), 02 (I am digging the sharpening here and also the crop and the text and it is so poetic and beautiful and everything choirs of angels sing etc), 03 (so terribly creative and fun and it has that serious/whimsical thing I was talking about yay), 05 (well used circles are like my ultimate weakness so this is great in every way possible and also you made your text a circle as well I love you so much), 06 (THIS. ICON. It is so abstract but wonderful.), 11 (goodness, what can I even say? The blending of the two caps or...I dunno is it blending or just background extraction? SEE, IT IS DONE SO WELL EITHER WAY THAT I CAN'T TELL THE DIFFERENCE. And also the background is perfection.), and 16 (JFC HAVE MERCY. THIS IS JUST...IDEK. MAGICAL.).

So, the short version of this comment is: this post makes me happy, and it is flawless. The end. ♥
