falling water becomes ice...
apparently, there are tornados in waco. ok i knew this. but now i KNOW it know it.
and, also, sometimes water becomes a soft ice as it's falling, which then freezes really hard upon impact and makes weird icicle things. and it's predicted that i get to experience that phenomenon tonight.
