Is this the typical British hottie look?

I noticed that British TV shows and movies have these actors in leading roles who basically represent the same appearnace type: tall, skinny, long face, sharp nose and chin, dark hair, thin lips.    Is this the typical British guy next door?

*squee* Have you watched the season finale? I'm a huge secret diary of a call girl fan. (I'm actually a mod in one of the comms ;)) I thought Alex is a HUGE jerk the way he treated Hannah. The beginning was cute too but it went all dramatic. God, just a great plot. hehe.

*dies* I LOVE David Tennant *sigh* I love Callum Blue as well. He was awesome in the show "Dead like Me"

Actually, the stereotype is that they are the handsome type. *tackles David Tennant's pic*

A typical guy next door would be a guy more goofy looking. If you watched "Love Actually" You'll see what I'm saying. There's a couple guys I can compare that that seem more a "boy next door" type.

OMG! The one thing we don't agree on, I never thought this would happen.

I LOVED Alex. At the beginning he treated her like a queen and I abandoned all sympathy for the Ben/Hannah thing.

After he found out, I canNOT blame him at all for the harsh words and cold treatment. Hannah didn't blame him either. There is no way this could happened differently, the man was out of his mind with love and then was dropped from a 20-storied building. I thought he ended things gracefully saying "We got everything right" and he was really fair to Hannah.

Anyway, at least she fell in love and saw what it's like and now she would probably never put herself or anybody else through this.

Is there going to be season 3 cuz the finale seemed like it concluded things.

LOL honey, everyone needs to disagree on something. I hate it too. Well okay, he made it a HUGE deal for me. If you seen series 1 and Ben's reaction at first... It was way much better. Then again he gets Hannah much better.

True, I love Alex too but the drunk scene (awesome song by adele by the way in the end scene) really killed me... and made me pissed at him. So, yeah, I didn't like Alex then.

You mean the scene where he drops her things on the floor and says "I just wanted to make sure"? yeah...

Also, Ben's reaction was better because they were friends at the time, he wasn't sleeping with her, he wasn't falling in love with her for the first time, he was getting married. He was hurt, but even if he had feelings for her they were no as sharp and "acute" (you can tell I watch House right?) haha :)

Anyway, it was obvious from about episode 6 that it's not going to work out between them. Hannah is not a girl for a regular office job. :)

DUDE! I WAS LAUGHING MY ASS OFF on that scene. It was sooo sad. She was like this is for Alex. She really tried her best. *sigh*
