Just wanted to post this vid at my LJ too.
The story is this. House and Cameron are together for a while, then they fight and leave things up in the air. Meanwhile, working with her House becomes paranoid about Cameron lying to him and getting involved with other men. He gets very angry.
Cameron tries to straighten things up, comes to his house, but is not successful.
Nevertheless Cameron is the only thing House can think about. Is it a happy end? We don't know.
