Happy National Bundt Day! Every year,
The Food Librarian makes 30 bundt cakes leading up to the holiday. Every year, I *swear* I'm going to participate. After all, there are so many recipes to choose from, just on her site! This year, our work Thanksgiving party happened to fall on the same day. It was fate, right?
Well, I started out wanting to make her

That'll teach me to try a recipe without researching it. Or at least reading it all the way through!
At that point, people were over, we were about to watch a movie, and I was frustrated. Eric offered to go out to buy me a box mix, and I took him up on it. I feel like a failure. Even the "ganache" is just microwaved can frosting. Oh well, there will be plenty of other desserts there.
So, here's my box-punt-bundt:
