I spent yesterday eating the candy I was supposed to be giving out tonight, so I have no creative endeavors to show. If you'd like to see something death-related, Neil Gaiman has information on writing up a will for your creative works. If you have stories, or art, or other things that you care about, make sure that you have a plan for them. Think of Through the Ice, people! (Which, if you've never read, good for you! But Robert Kornwise started writing a better-than-average story, then died. His family gave it to Piers Anthony to finish, and he did that Piers Anthony thing to it. Do you want Piers Anthony to finish your great novel??)
