I finally got to see the second Fey as Palin interview. Hilarious! But then I was reading a transcript of the real Palin/couric interview and I absolutely shivered at how close Fey was to Palin's actual words. Terrifying. This woman, this idiot, could be president.

COURIC: Why isn't it better, Governor Palin, to spend $700 billion helping middle-class families who are struggling with health care, housing, gas and groceries; allow them to spend more and put more money into the economy instead of helping these big financial institutions that played a role in creating this mess?

The answer to Couric's question: credit markets must remain fluid or the whole system comes crashing down.
I'm not happy about it, but it's something that has to happen.
I love my country, but if she is ever president I'm serious contemplating flight. Or encouraging California to secede.
