The assignment in biology class was "do a project about cells." (The directions may have been more specific; this is as filtered through teenagers.) My twin sons teamed with a another male classmate. They spent hours in the basement with a camcorder and some old action figures and things I probably don't want to know about

That's what I was going to ask. Sounds like they may have misinterpreted the assigment a bit, or perhaps this was a postmodern exploration of how the body fights infections. But good on them for mad video skillz.

Personally, I think it was just an excuse to make things explode. But "postmodern exploration of how the body fights infections" sounds much better!
