Pick your response to all those AOL ads promising free "comprehensive" virus protection if you sign up with them:
A: Well, YEAH. It's called an "AOL dial-up connection". If you can never stay connected to the Internet for more than five seconds with their service, I'd say you have a pretty good chance of never staying online long enough for someone to load a virus onto your computer.
B: Gee, this is really noble of them. After all, any self-respecting antivirus software is bound to detect AOL's software and delete it for the viral infection it is.
