Animals and their infirmities

So the puppy actually helped with the festival. The co-worker came over and fed the dogs and let them out while we were at the festival, so we were able to spend several more hours there. Had a good time. The other two acts we saw were good too. Much more Irish/Celtic than Carbon Leaf, of course, but CL largely stuck to their deliberately Celtic and vaguely Celtic-sounding repertoire. Fun day.

The puppy's very wobbly. It's probably going to be that way for its whole life. Sometimes it does well getting from Point A to B, and sometimes it doesn't have much luck at all putting one foot in front of the other. Otherwise it's healthy. The whining gets on my nerves though.

Pooky has slipped out of the yard twice in a row now. >_> She's not even allowed in the garage at this point. I don't even know where she got through this time, but I suspect it's in the near corner somewhere.

Played Dungeon Crawl Stone Soup again in the latest tournament. Apparently I'm not-horrible enough that the mini-bosses need to gear up or cheat to kill me. If I'd been a little faster, I would've tied my score from the last tournament. Considerably faster and I would've broken the tie with some mini-boss kills.
