Somewhere, George Lucas is taking notes

From today's "Hit and Run" in the P-D:

Italian defender Marco Materazzi finally has given his version of the verbal exchange he had with France's Zinedine Zidane, which resulted in the infamous head butt that got Zidane expelled from last July's World Cup soccer final.
"I did not provoke him, I responded verbally to a provocation," Materazzi told the daily Gazzetta dello Sport. "We both spoke and I wasn't the first. I held his shirt, but don't you think it is a provocfation to say that 'if you want my shirt I will give it you afterwards'?"
Wow, cover your ears, kids. That is some X-rated, provocative stuff, way over the line on the personal insult chart. No one could be expected to put up with that filth. Materazzi responded the way any self-respecting person might react to a shirt comment--he said something vulgar about Zidane's sister.
"I replied to Zidane that I would prefer [to have] his sister, that is true," Materazzi said. "I brought up his sister and that wasn't a nice thing, that is true. Thankfully there are tens of footballers who could confirm that much worse things are said on the field."

When Luke walks into Vader's clutches with a helmet under his arm in the next update of RotJ, you'll know what's coming.
