good afternoon everybodies!
i'm back after my christmas break.. well.. funny story really, i was back on Tuesday and i went to work Tuesday.. then Wednesday i 'worked from home'.. Thursday i 'worked from home' and today? I'm 'working from home'. It's a hard life.. but someone has to do it.
so umm yeah - not a lot happening at the moment. I'm just keeping it realistic. Oh by the way, if you ever hear anyone say that? I made that shit up.. so when TV gets hold of it and everyone's saying 'keep it realistic'.. you'll know.. that shit is documented RIGHT HERE BABY. No doubt those idiots who say "WHAT THE?" coz of that amusing segment on Rove Live will start saying it because they live their lives by whatever stupid crap catchphrase oozes out of the media.. they'll start making t-shirts with it on it and coffee mugs and it'll become some huge corporate joke that will be credited to some small time loser who made it big on TV with MY stupid phrase.. oh yeah they'll be big.. the phrase will sweep the nation and no doubt the world.. they'll have a big house, a billion kids with a billion labradors and nice cars, they'll see themselves on the front of every magazine with a big smile and those famous words printed in huge bold font underneath.. they'll walk outside and see that a skywriter has written the phrase that made them famous in the sky and millions of pieces of coloured paper will flutter down making a rainbow in the shape of the word "realistic".. children will be walking around with little plush dolls in their image and parents will laugh at each time a 3 year old utters the words 'keep it realistic mommy'.. but soon enough his or her 15 minutes will be up and they'll fade into the background of a channel 9 crew photograph and wind up hanging themselves in their wardrobes with a "keep it realistic" tshirt on. That's not keeping it realistic. Meanwhile i'll be sitting here smiling, no doubt coming up with the next generation of idiots new catchphrase of death and help another smalltime loser kill themselves off the back of a short amusing play on a commonly used phrase.
Never underestimate the power of a good phrase.
