past two days:
friday: in the school day mostly just researched on our topic things... oh and I have a new cieling fan that I got on thursday... the creepy thing is it woke me up by turning itself on (just the light) twice during the middle of the night on thursday...
anyway, around 4:15 on friday we left for Iowa City. when we got there (around three hours later) we went to hillcrest and unloaded empty boxes to my sister's room. Then filled them with her stuff, and carried them back to the van. After we had everything packed, we drove to a Ramada Inn. After we checked in we went to our rooms. The first time the keys didn't work, so we had to return them and get new keys. Luckily the new ones worked. I stayed up for a while reading and went to bed around 10:30. woke up at ten till seven and went downstairs to eat breakfast, which consisted of raisin bran with milk and a glass of orange juice. We left the Inn at 8 for graduation. Graduation was pretty much just sitting around listening to people read the names of people I don't know for two hours. After it was finally over, we had a random guy take pictures of us on these weird rock things outside. Then, we went to the brown bottle (good restaurant) and had lunch. Around 2:30 we left to go back home, with my brother staying in Iowa City.
