Introdution post

Hi there!

So, my last update here was back in 2012! I'm sorry about that… (not that someone really cares…)
As my introduction post was from July 2011, almost 9 years ago, I thought I should do an updated one!

My name is Narumi, I'm 26 and I'm from Brazil.
I'm currently a 4th year Architecture and Urbanism student, what means I usually don't get much sleep time or time to anything aside from work and college, really… But I do love my major (after all the deadline craziness is gone). So you can bet that if I'm writing this right now, it's because I've passed on my finals and the semester is over! Yay

I'm basically on Livejournal because of Johnny's. I honestly can't find Johnny's stuff outside of LJ, so I'm really grateful for everyone that take their time to share sutff, thank you so much <3
My favourite group has been Hey! Say! JUMP since 2007. My absolute number one is Nakajima Yuto!
I do like the Johnny's artists in general, and before JUMP, I was a huge NEWS fan (my favourite was Nishikido Ryo, btw). But at some point, as my availability of time reduced (adult life), I couldn't keep up with both at the same time… And as Ryo and Yamapi left the group (Morimoto had left JUMP a few months prior to that), I started dedicating all my love to JUMP (man, looking back, 2011 was a tough year ;;)

Now, because of this quarantine thing going on (a lot of home office and stuff) I've being spending a lot of time online "exploring" other groups, and my new babies are currently Snow Man and King & Prince. (I honestly don't know how I'm gonna keep up with them when life is back to normal, but as it looks like it will still take some time for everything to get back to normal in my country, I'm ok atm.)

I'm into Snow Man since the Johnny's Jr. Channel started on Youtube, so I'm really happy they got to debut this year <3 I really love their stage performances, they can really highlight the group's potential, and imo, no one else would be able to do it the way Snow Man do. I guess it was expected as the agency waited so long to let them debut! Not all rookies have such a powerful performance, and I guess the fact most of the members are more mature and experienced contribute to their performance quality. My favourite member alternate between Watanabe Shota and Sakuma Daisuke, they are both too precious I can't choose between the two… But Shota's singing voice is my absolute favourite!
As for King & Prince, I always saw them here and there (Kouhaku, Johnny's Countdown) and I honestly thought they were the new era "kira kira idols" that I was too old to like lol. But them I watched a random instagram video from Hirano Sho's appearance in a variety show and he was so funny and cute, I thought I should give King & Prince a chance, and I don't regret it! No need to say Hirano Sho is my favourite, but Kishi is also so precious, and Ren is just so handsome it hurts.

Aside from Johnny's, I like anime and GhIbli movies. I like a great variety of anime genres, from sports animes such as Prince of Tennis, Free! and Haikyuu! to animes like Attack on Titan and PSYCHO-PASS. The criteria to start watching is, obviously, the storyline, but also the voice acting casting! Some of my favourite voice actors are: Sakurai Takahiro, Fukuyama Jun and Miyano Mamoru.

As seen on my past entries, I had a little k-pop fan stage too, the groups I liked the most were X-5, The BOSS and U-Kiss. I was so into X-5 and The BOSS, I joined an international forums and even became a staff. (Good old days I had time to dedicate to my idols) Unfortunately, due to their agency CEO's scandal, X-5 disbanded and The BOSS joined another agency, but their activities reduced a lot… At some point, some of the X-5 members restarted their activities as Lu:kus, (but it wasn't the same) and later The BOSS have announced the suspension of their activities as the members enlist to their mandatory military service.
As for U-KISS, the beginning of everything was Kevin, (who was also a member of Xing, like the The BOSS members) and I just fell in love with his singing voice <3 I think even though they weren't that popular, U-Kiss was a nice group with good singing and stage performance. However, as the members departure from the group, it started breaking my heart little by little, and finally with Kevin's departure I think I couldn't cope anymore…
After that I can say I left this 'world', and nowadays I'm a real k-pop noob. I'm aware BTS and TWICE are super popular because their names pop up everywhere, but I can't say their names or how they look or even what kind of music they sing. (I just know TT, cause everybody knows it)

But anyways, I think that's enough (I write too much, I'm sorry). I know no one really cares, but thank you so much if you read untill the end.
At least I've proven I'm alive an my LJ is updated now!

I guess it's all, bye bye☆ (v^ー°)
