Yesterday evening I learned about the new act of failboat made in Amazon, which consists in censoring GLBT books by stripping them of their sales ranking. Well done, guys. What's next? You could - I don't know, I'm throwing idea around here - promote the reestablishments of
portions of cities in which members of a minority group live, or suggest a new dress code that comprehends
colored badges to be worn all the time. How does that sound?
Amazon said that 'in consideration of our entire customer base, we exclude "adult" material from appearing in some searches and best seller lists. Since these lists are generated using sales ranks, adult materials must also be excluded from that feature.' I say, 'let's hit them where it hurts the most. PR. It's Google-bomb time.'
