Dear NJ Transit,
I do not think it was a good idea this morning to force everyone out of the 7:30 train from New Brunswick in Newark. Not only was the train running late anyway, but then you made everyone stand in 9 degree weather to wait for another train that wouldn't come for 15-20 minutes.
Since the evacuated train didn't actually go anywhere after people got off, wouldn't it have made more sense to keep people on the heated train until the next arrived? Just a thought.
Sincerely,
A Disgruntled Commuter
PS. Why do you offer "express trains" if they only ever arrive late to their destinations and what sort of improvements should we be expecting after each fare hike?
