Death Note 29: Ev0l. I just love Raito when he puts on that face. If I have to be honest I thought Obata's art wasn't really up to par in the last few installments (the color last week? Erm), but he's picked it up again. Misa is actually rather cute; I like her. (And this is coming from a girl who wished dead upon the girl the first time she saw her back.)
Gash 166: I still need to get back into the "monster of the week" style after the long Lord battle. I think I might need to stop reading weekly installments and wait for ten or twenty weeks before reading on ... but I want my Gash fix. Meh.
But anyhow. That enemy is pretty amusing (albeit nothing special), but that last trick remind me of the Haku/Zabuza fight from Naruto, which isn't good. Raiku-sensei, you haven't run out of ideas now, have you? I'm really counting on you for another ten volumes of great manga writing! (I'm so cruel. The man must be so tired.) Next week is a combined issue (32/33), so I'll look forward to the extra pages. Wheeeee!
Was Tsubasa away this week (issue 31) again? Not that it really interested me anymore with Sei-chan gone, but still ...
Also, I need to get some Gash anime. I have no idea what's going on in it, it's not funny.
