Well, I got home safely from Scotland. Security was very tight at Heathrow airport. My flight left over an hour late because before each passenger got on security inspected each person again. Each person was body searched and bags were searched.
Cynthia Nixon and her partner were waiting in line behind me as I was transferring from one terminal to the next. I wanted to say something to her about how I heard she did really well in Rabbit Hole on Broadway, but I didn't want to bother her. She was very unassuming, which I thought was cool.
I got home at around 6:30 last night, rested for a bit, and then went to Taryn's so I could see her before she left this morning. I am so glad that I have her in my life. It really sucks that we're apart for so much of the year, but even if we don't see each other for months I know that we can always count on one another.
I have a lot to do and a lot of people to see in the next few days. I leave for Syracuse on Wednesday night and arrive Thursday morning...oh joy, a red eye. A lot of things really scare me about what's to come, but I'm also somewhat excited. I'm ready...I think.
