On the one hand, awesome. On the other hand, 'canonical'.

None of the pairings I genuinely like are canonical.

(I kind of ship Ysera/Malfurion and Illidan/Tyrande more than "Mal"/Sandalsrande, sorry.)

I browsed through it; A lot of people are posting a 'Favorite Canon Pairing' and a 'Desired Pairing'.

On one hand, it's nice that there doesn't seem to be an actual imposed limit on what pairing you post. 1 or 2 people in the first few pages said Thrall/Jaina was their favorite anyway, and somebody even said 'Jaina/reincarnated mutilated corpse of Arthas Menethil' or something like that. :3

On the other...I am completely lost. Blizzard never cared about their pairings in the past, why start now? Which makes me suspect that Blizzard is just looking for someone to say Varian/Jaina and they can then say that 'it's what the fans wanted' come Tides of War. Which is...yeah. :/

And on that aside 'His true love is dead. Her true love is dead. So why not put 2 and 2 together?' is the absolute dumbest reason to ship anybody ever IMO, much less Varian and Jaina. >_

It almost makes me want to post Varian/Bolvar just to see people freak out.
