Shin Doumoto Kyoudai #206 190605 - Koike Eiko
I miss finishing my subs and releasing them!
But this one took me very long, I had lots of things to settle with me going to work and stuffs (wow, I'm no longer a student ...ackk..real adult :p). I can't believe I'm actually releasing this in the middle of my induction course before I go to work in the next 2 weeks. :D Thank goodness they provide (a rather slow and unstable) wi-fi connection in the hotel I'm staying in. ^_^.
AND! I received more than a thousand comments! I'm happy, haha. Actually I thought of messaging the person who gave me the 1000th message, but I must have lost track...thank you minna-san. Even though you don't know me, and I don't know you, but the comments warm my heart.
So here goes another Shin Doumoto Kyoudai that I subbed. And who's the guest you wonder? She's Koike Eiko, a former (?) gravure idol, now actress and tv personality. Well, there must be a reason why I decided to sub the episode with her as the guest, right? Hehe, well I saw her for the first time in a Shindoi episode subbed by mimosa51244 where she and YOU were guests, and I've been watching this episode for many times and I noticed that the relationship between her and Tsuyoshi looks suspicious...haha. And I like her! Wellll...she does have a big breast >_<, but it can't be helped, can it. ^^; I wanted to see how she interacts with Tsuyoshi in SDK, so I watched this and yeah.
I love capspams. Sometimes I go to my previous posts and look at my capspams for minutes without any reason. I'm hentai. '_' There aren't many for this episode though, I think the awesomeness lies in the action and talk instead of pics this time. :D
So like, okay, I forgot to mention another small reason why I sub this episode, it's Tsuyoshi. My favourite hairstyle of his. And he was slim. Do I need to explain more?
Kouichi was the good-old Kouichi. But brown hair makes his skin looks darker.
One of the highlights of this episode - remember one of the questions of the quiz they have in the recent episode of SDK in Korea? This episode is where Takamizawa-san and Enari-kun do..something together! Kawaiiii~
Poor Enari-kun got bullied non-stop! I guess he's just too adorable and straight not to be teased. And the falling on banana skin scene - I think it has something to do with the long standing soap drama Enari-kun's starring in.
And it shocked me to know that Enari's younger than KinKi Kids! :o :o I just did some research on him ^^;
OK, I can't believe this guy actually said that about Eiko-man! And Eiko-man actually looked really embarassed and was sort of hiding her anger. ..^^;; But Tsuyoshi was laughing his heart out. XD
Other highlights:

- What do Tsuyoshi and Kouichi think of marriage, and their future wife!?
So what do I think of Tsuyoshi and Eiko-man's relationship? I think it looked rather neutral in SDK (in Shindoi they look much closer) but I can see how Tsuyoshi looks very comfortable and close with her, calling her Eiko-man and teasing her non-stop. Kouichi on the other hand, looked tired. o.O . And he kept ignoring Eiko-man. ^^; Daijoubu?
Koike Eiko was fair towards both KinKi Kids, making me like her more. ^^
...so I forgot to mention that she's already married in 2007 to a pro-wrestler...
The Shindoi I watched was in 2006, and before that she has been guests for several times already. But I don't think she was ever invited again after that particular episode...maybe because she's married? :( I still like her though. :p
And yeah, I see her in the drama "Smile" of Matsujun and Gakky. She fits that role so much! ^^

One fine morning, the connection I'm using suddenly got better and I managed to upload two parts in less than 15 minutes. BTW, I've splitted the files to 40 mb each because I've given up trying to upload a 100 mb file to MF and faling at 40% each time.
A weird thing happened when I was encoding the video though. At first I tried compressing it using XVid, but the 180mb raw turned into a 340mb file. >_< Unable to face this fact, I tried encoding using another compression codec, which is Divx, and the result changed to a 150 mb file as you see now.(There were no significant quality differences) Happy. ^^ Anyone savvy in codecs know why this happened?
Translation error: This has become a habit for me lately. Urrrgh, I'm deeply sorry for a translation mistake spotted by dear ohmiya_sg. When Enari-kun was talking about Yamaguchi Momoe-san, it was her son (musuko) not (musume) who went to the same school as him. Silly me. XD
