Then I could be in two places at once for Wednesday! Clearly, I received the short end of the stick in life for not being a timelord. Touching on such subjects, in a two part way, the final episodes of season 4 are coming up, as I believe that this Saturday is the two part episodes with Turn Left and The Stolen Earth.
Catherine Tate won't be around after season 4, even though she has the best chemistry with David Tennant compared to *cough* Martha. The best I can describe it as is something along the lines of a sibling relationship, as both of their personalities complement each other or end up bashing heads at other times, with Donna's humanity of wanting The Doctor to do the right thing in her eyes, when he already knows the choices that have to be made, that's what being the Timelord is all about.
On an semi unrelated note, we finally found a three bedroom place in Burnaby! It's not 100%, as I was warned to behave, the key focus is to blend in and pretend that I'm average, not too hard of a stretch. Surprisingly, the living spaces are rather large, and for a change, it's for the main floor.
Gundams are taunting me, I keep on holding off on assembling both the 1/100 Astraea and the 1/144 Throne Drei. This is merely for lame symbolic reasons, as usually there is a sense of interior logic to my methods. Sure, it may not make sense to you, but trust me, I'm a Doctor... Er... Maybe not so much on the last part.
Stuff that I did in the past while:
- Went to go see Iron Maiden. The timing for the show in itself was epic, as the first cd I got for them was the Live After Death album, which is a best of collection. The concert in itself was a complete throwback to previous albums, a lot of it being focused on Powerslave, which is ultimately my favourite album for them.
I got a scarf... Yeah, it's pretty random.
- Managed to wake up before 9 (why does AM even exist?), to go hold snakes at a snake info thing Mindy put together. What started out as just four of us, soon evolved into a larger pack of noisy kids, and the upgrade from steam punk watch to snakes on a watch, without Sam Jackson.
- Do I even need to mention Saturday? I think it's best left unsaid, as human beings are usually capable of having a good grasp to recall past events, but personally, I sometimes slip up on the details.
No stray cat tonight, I did finally manage to buy some cat food. If only people were capable of not being douchebags, as nothing annoys me with a deep sense of hatred for the mistreatment of animals. At least the cat is trusting me more, having slept on the couch instead of pawing at the door to go back outside after devouring nearly half a can of food, as is the usual routine.
And there's my dorky Father's Day photo.
