Note: my friend said she didn't like HJB much, said he was doing too much aegyo (my respond was noooowhyyyyy.he's soo adorkable) and it was inspired by my imagination of PJM teasing HJB for that kilt thing... (HJB should fire his stylist)
Disclaimer: if owned them, HJB wouldn't wear that skirtkiltthingy. (i still can't get over that)
Summary: They all love and hate HyungJun. But it leans more towards the L.O.V.E
P/S: dedicated to Dee, who doesn't like HJB and yeonah yeonah hyunaepark (who seem to read almost everything i write no matter how lame it is. /bows gratefully) and renichifreak who currently is having a writer's block.
Hate
Hate - HyunJoong
HyunJoong, as a leader, gets along fine with each member, but there were times - sometimes, occasionally - he finds HyungJun's aegyo just a tad bit annoying. He's a grown twenty-four years old, why in the world would he still want to act cute? Sure, he too find it cute, but... It's just... Stop doing it, y'know. HyunJoong never really wondered why people think of HyungJun as immature, it was just so obvious. And sometimes, occasionally, he would like to ignore HyungJun and just go to sleep... Or something.
Hate - YoungSaeng
YoungSaeng didn't really hate HyungJun. They were quite close actually, being in the same band and all. But when JungMin suggested that for the whole week to ignore/tease/bully HyungJun. To be honest, YoungSaeng was surprised that HyunJoong just agreed. YoungSaeng adored HyungJun but... Well... He just can't resist. Plus, lately, with the mini solo album, HyungJun’s too busy to spend time with them.
Hate - KyuJong
HyungJun was such an easy target. A deeply hidden sadistic side of KyuJong sort of - kind of - enjoying this. He ignored HyungJun's pouts, turned a blind eye when JungMin teased HyungJun mercilessly for the kilt… skirt… checkered thingy, and when he cries, KyuJong thought that maybe they had gone too far... But then HyungJun wiped away his tears, smiled and skipped away to bother the noonas, KyuJong just shrugged it off.
Hate - JungMin
It was his idea, mainly because he was bored, and as KyuJong said, HyungJun was such an easy target. They all ignored HyungJun's advances and kisses, his hugs and desperate need for attention. It was sort of - kind of - hard, because really, who could turn down HyungJun? Annoying aegyo or not. But JungMin noticed that there was this new guy in HyungJun's life this week. And he noticed that lately, the maknae had been ignoring them in return, and hanging around… that guy. Whoever he was.
Hate - HyunSaengKyuMin
Turns out the guy was the new backup dancer. Poor guy, didn’t see anything coming at him. The next thing he knew, he was transferred to backup a new group. He shouldn’t have stole HyungJun like that. He was their maknae. A week turns to two then three… then a month. HyungJun was slowly becoming a stranger.

Love - HyunJoong
Okay, so they went too far. He was the first one to notice. Okay, that’s a lie, YoungSaeng and KyuJong noticed first. HyungJun’s calls and messages were getting less and less. They were barely talking. Now when HyunJoong went for a kiss or a hug, he got shrugged off. That hurts. That really hurts. HyunJoong probably deserved it.
Love - YoungSaeng
HyungJun’s quiet lately. It’s their fault, YoungSaeng’s pretty sure of that. HyungJun as sensitive, it was a common knowledge. They were idiots for playing this stupid game. Maybe they’ll lose him forever? YoungSaeng looked at their maknae and wondered that question.
HyungJun-ah, I’m sorry.
HyungJun shrugged, didn’t even look at him. What for? And walked away.
Yeah, they went too far.
Love - KyuJong
Okay, so they have a plan. It was a pretty brilliant one. HyungJun’s birthday’s coming up, and they better do something fantasticbrilliantawesomememorableandepik for HyungJun, and say that they are sorry. It was a collaboration of the best minds in SS501 (which naturally meant Youngsaeng and KyuJong since HyunJoong’s and JungMin’s ideas were either useless or weird or too expensive.) they’ll grovel at HyungJun’s feet if they have to. KyuJong was starting to miss HyungJun so bad it’s not even funny. They were five as one, not four. They lacked another person. And they missed him badly.
Love - JungMin
‘Kay, so here’s what’s going to happen. The HyungJun’s manager would take him out for the day to get on with HyungJun’s schedule as usual. Then while HyungJun’s out, all four of them will sneak in (they know the password). KiBum agreed to spend the few days at Xander’s, so they won’t be disturbing anybody. JungMin would set up the decoration, YoungSaeng and KyuJong would cook dinner. HyunJoong would help JungMin with the decorations and pick up the cake. And buy condoms. They better not mess up.
Love - HyunSaengKyuMin
JungMin shrieked, yes, shrieked, when HyungJun came home earlier than he was supposed to. “You’re not supposed be here yet. You’re not supposed to be here yet!!”. Followed by that shriek, KyuJong ushered HyungJun to the workroom, definitely, trying to ‘distract’ him. The other three tried their best to hurry up. They can’t mess up.
Love - HyunSaengKyuMinJun
The party didn’t turn out okay. Not okay at all. It turned out great. HyungJun was touched and he tried to not cry but when he was in the center of the group hug, he couldn’t hold it in anymore. They were all ‘awww’ and had dinner, ate the cake, but the cake ended up being all over HyungJun. But that was okay, his hyungs were more than happy to lick it all up. When they were all exhausted and basking in the afterglow, JungMin spoke up, "Junnie-ah, the kilt thing is still hilarious". Which earned four simultaneous smacks aimed at him.
