I seem to get less stares as a male with a black eye than a female. At least it faded quickly either way.

I have no idea. Maybe they just didn't think girls should be beaters. Not that it matters now.

She is. But she's fast on the broom, and can maneuver better than a lot of others. Toushiro made a good choice with her.
