Another Charmed songvid. I quite like this one...
The song is Shut Up! by Simple Plan and shows the complicated father and son relationship between Leo and Chris.

You know me. I'm a diverse person. ;)
Their quarrel leads me to think in two directions: either Leo is aware of Chris` destiny and only wants his son prepared, but then overdoes it and ends up hurting Chris, either he and Chris really hate each other but so far I can find no motives for such a hate amongst them two...
Actually Chris loves his dad but also hates him because Leo, his dad, always favoured his big brother and never had time for him. Leo more or less ignored that he even had a second son in favour of the eldest.
I also see from the images that although Chris is very hurt by his dad and sometimes retaliates (go Chris!) he also holds back from using full force against his dad and regrets the troubled relationship they have (this however does not make him back down in front of his father or give in to him which amkes Chris his own man). I believe Chris tries to save his dad, just like he's trying to save his brother.
That's true. He's trying to save both his brother from evil and his relationship with his dad.
Really, is anyone in Chris` family on his side? :)
Not really, no. ;)
In the end, the only one who seems to truly be on Chris` side is his gf which stands by his side while he fights on and on to save his dad despite their difficulties.
His gf and his grandfather seem to have been Chris' main supports.
From what I put together until now, Chris is sent back in time in order to make his own family work so that he will not become an evil ruler in the future? or something like that..
It's very close. I'm impressed. Chris goes back in time to prevent Wyatt, his big brother, from turning evil and ruling the world with evil. However, when in the past his family don't believe their first born wonder son will turn evil. Chris, however, knows how evil Wyatt will become and uses any means necessary to try and keep the baby Wyatt good.
Congrats on the vid, it's lovely. I'm not the biggest punk fan but I have to say, the song is quite catchy and, of course, besides fitting perfectly, it adds just that bit of life to the vid. Great work with this one! *hugs*
