Went to court today about the accident, they didn't even need to talk to me, Sarah or the other guy. Just the women who cut the guy off and was fighting the ticket. Sarah couldn't talk to much about the accident and was horribly vague in her last letter, what exactly happened? Or can you tell me yet? She also said there was a lawsuit going on, how's that coming along?

Btw, I'm buying my plane ticket this week to go home in December, I'll be home for probably a month :)

well what I posted on the accident around when it happened is about it, I didn't know that she was actually going to do anything then.
The lawsuit thing beats the shit out of me, it doesn't have anything to do with me and evidently they are still "researching". This again I don't understand because there doesn't seem like there should be that much to research, but I'm no lawyer and I'm really not into talking aobut it with her.

Good stuff. I'm glad the ticket stuck...now hopefully there's no fight over insurance settlements if there are any. I'm sure the lady who hit you will end up responsible for medical bills. Took a friend of mine out in PA nearly 9 months to get the courts to demand a settlement.

Keep pluging away on that job search and good luck. Something is bound to pop up.

I think the isurance covered all my medical but Sarah's I think would only cover anything that had to directly do with the baby. I guess getting knocked and shacken around doesn't count.
