The CD cost a bit more than expected, but since I've been looking for it for a loooooooong time, so I bought it. As for the book, I had taken it from the library and, of course, hadn't had the time to read it. I visited this very nice bookshop that sells books in English, and bought it there (some translations are plain annoying).
