My thoughts on Eurovision.
Actually, it turned out to be better than I expected. After Lordi, some countries thought that sending a ridiculous act would give them the award - none of them realized Lordi wasn't just a funny act, but a band.
Norway won with almost 400 points. Not a bad song, but I would have preferred Iceland or the United Kingdom to win instead. I didn't think Spain would end up 24th out of 25 contestants either! :-O I have mixed feelings about Spain's entries every year. I'd like them to send something completely different for once, if only to give it a try.
Anyway, the highlight of the evening: Duncan James announcing the UK's voting. I had to let out a small "Duncan! EEEEEEEEEEEEEK!". Yes, I'm such a fangirl. XDDD
