A while ago, I was telling c0v89 that me and boybands go waaaaay back, and to prove my point, this is a picspam I've been meaning to do for a while. Oh, the memories!
New Kids On The Block

They were my first boyband, I must have been... 8? 9? back when I liked them. :P I think I only knew two or three of their songs, but that was enough for me to be tiny fangirl in the making. XD

*siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiigh* For years I waited for them to reunite, and although I don't think I'll even see them live (they were huge here, though), I'm glad they're together again. :D I had a big, big crush on Mark, and although I had no idea what fanfiction was back then, he was my first victim ever. Seeing them singing "Back For Good" on TV in the Concert for Diana almost brought a tear to my eye. :P
Backstreet Boys

I don't think there was anyone alive in the late 90s who didn't know who the Backstreet Boys were. I was finishing high school in those days, and they were everywhere: TV, magazines, radio, everywhere. My favourite was Nick, and I still have the tons of magazines I bought during those years. You don't wanna know how much money I spent on those. XD

Oh, yes. THEM. Thanks to them I made some wonderful friends, had lots of fun, and even improved my English. What a suprise, uh? XDD It was through them that I first read fanfiction, and after reading so many stories (and writing a few of my own - Nicky was (and is) so damn hot that I couldn't resist it!) my skills improved a lot. Of all these bands, I think it's them I have the best memories of. Expect for the time they came to Mar del Plata and I couldn't see them because I was working. *grumbles*

Duncan! *SQUEE* *RWAR* I have no idea how it's that I got to know about them, but once I saw them live in the Queen's Jubilee (where that picture was taken), I was lost. I still think Duncan looks HOT in the white Tony Manero suit. Not to mention how yummy he looks in the picture above. *drools* Another victim of my fanfiction obsession back then, I still have plans to include him in another story. If I ever get to write it, that's it.
So, as you see, me and boybands really go way back. XD
