(no subject)
So, I'll officially be a home owner, and an NC resident as of 3pm on Friday, July 28th. Woo hoo!
What's more, I somehow talked Todd (of the freshman hall variety) into driving down with me and staying for a few weeks to help unpack, paint, and just hang out in general before heading to Florida to visit his parents (he's still got some time to waste before his own job officially starts).
The next few weeks are shipping up to be pretty hectic, but at the end of it all I'll have no more landlords, the ability to have non-white walls, and a washer and dryer two feet from my bedroom! Woo hoo! Added bonus -- I'm pretty sure I'll be able to make it to the famed "Fiddler's Convention" Amit has always talked up as a great time.
