Open your picture, Crop it & lighten it if it's too DARK ..



add new layer fill it with #212209, set it to Color and change the opacity to 27% ..
Whites: 0, -46, -85, 0


Color Balance:
Shadows: +11, 0, 0
Highlights: 0, -2, -9


Curves:
RGB:
1st point: output: 57, input: 54
2nd point: output: 122, input: 116
3rd point: output: 186, input: 174
Red:
1st point: output: 124, input: 120
2nd point: output: 150, input: 145
Blue:
1st point: output: 152, input: 154


Opitional Selective Color to add a litte light:
Yellows: 0, 0, -12, -25


now to give it more contarst: depend in your picture in here:
B:-2
C:+45


I always leave the sharpen part to the end .. so go to your basic and duplicate it and sharpen it .. play with the opacity anf fill if it gets oversharpend ..
