Open your picture, Crop it & lighten it if it's too DARK ..
I wanted to gave Blair skin more Yelloish look so I used the Curves ..
Blue:
1st Point: Output:54, Input:45
2nd Point: Output:80, Input:102
4rd Point: Output:181, Input:207
the setting should look like this :
as you can se her sking turn out way too yellow .. so I wanted to reduce it to a normal looking .. I duplicate the base and bring to the top and set it to Screen ..
I wanted to brighten the icon more so I used Selective color:
Reds: -66, +14, -18, 0
Yellows: +14, +28, +15, 0
Whites: -9, 0, -30, -30
Neutrals: +2, 0, +1, 0
Blacks: 0, 0, 0, +0
as it seems the icon lack of contrast, so I wanted to make it more lively so by using Selective color again:
Reds: -52, 0, +55, 0
Neutrals: +11, +10, -1, 0
Blacks: 0, 0, 0, +0
Basiclly we are done with the coloring, So I just wanted to add a clouds ..
I always leave the sharpen part to the end .. so go to your basic and duplicate it and sharpen it .. play with the opacity anf fill if it gets oversharpend ..
