I got this dress from Dots for $20. Isn't it CUTE? I've wanted a kind of shirtdress for a long while now and this was just too perfect for me to pass up. It's got a little ruffle around the neckline and the bottom hem too. The dress came with a matching fabric belt, which is ok, but in this case I switched out the belt with a thin patent leather one and wore it with my patent leather mary janes and hot pink tights. I'm thinking I will try a sparkly silver belt, grey tights and my black ruffled heels next time.
