Today's entry is short and sweet.
Day 5
Breakfast: one bowl cereal, Corn Chex, 2% milk
Lunch: One large strawberry-banana smoothie from Jamba Juice
Dinner: My last Boca meatless burger patty, light mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, slice of Swiss cheese, oatmeal bun. Three dill pickles. One can of seedless black olives.
Snack: nothing
Exercise: No exercise today. Bad me! Bad, bad me! But I wasn't feeling too hot, so I decided to take it easy today.
