"Eww! Boys kissing!"
Ah.. I really like livejournal, though it's not good for me. I've been sitting here almost the whole day, completely ignoring my messy room and the pile of homework.. ^^; Eep.
My Easter holidays have finally started now :) Well, they did four days ago but I've been working. The job is okay, though I can't help but feel a bit awkward around the people there. Natural for me I suppose. I got an Easter egg filled with candy the last day, which made me happy ^^ That was kind of sweet of them. All the others got eggs too of course, but still :)
Some of the other teenagers working there during holidays scare me a bit though. They're so.. not like me. That should be of no surprise though. What's really scary is how narrow-minded people really are.. At least to me it is shocking, because I'm so naive and live in my own little world most of the time ^^; I'm thinking about something that one of the boys said when we were working. The radio was on and he commented a song, asking us (me and another guy) if we'd seen the music video. "It's so gross", he said. "There are two men kissing eachother in it..". I just wanted to strangle him. No, perhaps not literally but you get the idea. Alas, I did nothing. I should've, I should've, I should've. The other guy eventually said "But isn't that sweet?" and smiled, and later claimed he was hetero when the first guy asked. I'm not really sure what he thought. But.. I can't honestly understand what's so gross about it. It's cute! ;P But really.. they're just tongues. What's the difference?
If there's something disgusting about music videos it's women wearing practically nothing shaking their boobs and butts for no reason at all. Those videos are apparently ok, in fact they're "good". Blah.
I really should leave this computer to get something useful done instead. I should've gone outside today too, because the weather has been good, or at least so it's seemed. The thing is I don't know what to do. It feels stupid to go outside without a particular reason.
Two things that annoy me at the moment:
1.) I accidentally bit my lip a few days ago, and now it's all swollen and hurts like hell >_<
2.) My right thumb is weird. Suddenly, there's some wrinkle or score in it, and it feels really weird.. It annoys me to a great extent. Help! :O
